Mr. Knapp successfully negotiated a strategic alliance with an engineering company allowing both parties to jointly perform EPC contracts in the combined cycle power generation industry. In addition he successfully negotiated a 5 project EPC arrangement with a US subsidiary of a major European utility. |

His region was the first in TIC to install combustion turbine power generation, carbonaceous ore roasters, autoclaves for processing of sulfite ore, and the first to install a paper machine. | |
