Primafuel, Inc. 2008 to 2009
Construction Manager  
Responsible for development and execution of the construction  and engineering activities for a state of the art Corn Oil Extraction system at an existing Ethanol Plant. Duties included establishing process connection points for piping, electrical, and DCS integration system. Management of Primafuel’s day to day engineering interface and skid fabrication from conception to field installation. Coordination of all construction activities at the plant site including, scheduling, specification compliance, Safety management, QA/QC Management and daily client interface. Introduced and created field process enhancements and changes during the commissioning phase achieving a working system with little or no interference with the normal operations of the plant. 
   
Ethanex Energy, Inc, Basehor, KS 2006 to 2008
Project Manager  
Responsible for grassroots development of 132 million gallon ethanol facilities at two sites in the US, and due diligence activities related to the acquisition of an operating plant in Nebraska. Duties includes project permitting, engineering development, contractor selection, local and state political interface, manage sub-contracts, and fractionation process development.

Sr. Construction Manager 2005-2006
TECO Maintenance Contract, Hillsboro and Polk County, Florida
Responsible for the overall direction, completion and financial outcome of TIC’s Maintenance Contract with Tampa Electric. In this position I directed and supervised the work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers at 4 sites (a 1737 megawatt coal fire facility, a1841 megawatt natural gas facility, a 260 megawatt IGCC facility and a 36 megawatt oil fired facility) to establish operational priorities and maintain effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, etc.

   
Business Development Manager 2004 – 2005
Responsibilities included development of relationships with clients to secure project opportunities through a seven tiered approach utilizing basic Business Development Strategy while managing key accounts within the region. Key accounts included Duke Energy, TECO Energy, Progress Energy, Weyerhaeuser, Seminole Electric, and Kentucky Utilities.
   
Construction Manager 2001-2003
 
Total project management for two 750 megawatt natural fired combined cycle power plants constructed at the same time. In this position, I managed all aspects of the project including Safety, Administration, Supervisors, Material Control, Field Construction Activities, Engineering and Sub-contractors. I managed the daily interface activities with the client and existing operating plant during the duration of the project. During the peak construction phase of the project, there were 950 employees on site.
   
Project Manager 1992-2000
Kraft Foods, Post Cereal Plant, Jonesboro Arkansas
Managed the installation of four cereal production lines in an existing structure in three phases. Responsibilities included all aspects of construction including Safety, Administration, Supervisors, Material Control, Field Construction Activities, Engineering, and Sub Contractors. During the eight years at this facility, I also managed the maintenance of the facility, and numerous capital projects for Kraft Foods. My responsibilities included management of the day to day activities of the capital projects, twenty four hour maintenance activities and scheduled outage work. Project estimates, budgets and material takeoffs were also achieved by coordinating with the Kraft Plant engineering and maintenance managers on site.
   
Prior Experience 1980-1991
Managed and worked on numerous projects throughout the country. Experience includes heavy equipment assembly in the Coal Mining Industry, mining process plant construction in various locations in the western states including Coal Mining, Gold Mining, Molybdenum Mining and Copper Mining. Mining experience includes dragline, shovel and truck erection in the coal industry, installation of mining and material handling equipment including crushers, ball and sag mills, process equipment, conveyors, reclaim systems, etc., Oil Refinery Projects, Wind Turbine Projects and Power Projects.
